Kolosov D.L. graduated with honors from National Mining Academy (Dnipropetrovsk, Ukraine) in 1998 (major Mining Equipment); after that he became a post-graduate student. In 2002 Kolosov D.L. got a PhD degree in Sciences and Technics. At first he has worked as an assistant. Now he is an associated professor of the Constructional and Theoretical Applied Mechanics Department. In 2011 Kolosov D.L. was awarded with theAward of the President of Ukraine for young scientists(Development of the Theory, Calculation Methods and Technology of the Creation of Mining Hoist Rubber-Rope Winders of New Generation). In 2015 gotdegree of doctor of technical sciences with thesis Development of the Theory of Hoist Engines with Head Rubber-ropes Cables, specialty 05.05.06 mining machines.Scientific activity is related to the development of the theory and calculation methods for stress-strain state of flexible composite trailer bearing systems.
